ORDERS

I haven't received a confirmation email?

Thank you for your order, the confirmation email may take a short time to be with you, please also check your junk mail as it may appear there.

Your order may have failed, in which case a confirmation email would not have been sent. We would advise checking your recent bank transactions.

Can I amend my order?

If you have made a mistake regarding your order, please contact us with your order information.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Please note orders placed during bank holidays may take longer to dispatch. 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and payment can be made via PayPal.

Where is my order?

If you have entered a valid email address and telephone number at checkout, you should receive delivery updates with your tracking number from Hermes or Royal Mail. Please contact us if you have not received this.

Why has my next working day delivery order arrived late?

Please note our cut off point for next working day delivery is 1pm Monday to Thursday and we are closed on weekends. Any orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until the following day.

Why has my order not arrived?

If your order has not arrived, please do the following:

- Check your shipping details are correct
- Check to see if Hermes or Royal Mail have left a note regarding your order and its location
- Check your tracking details online.

If your order has still not been found, please contact us within 14 days of ordering and we will assist.

How do I find my order number?

If you have not been sent an email with your order number on (order confirmation and shipping confirmation email). Please contact us with your full name and address used on your order and we will be able to locate this for you.

DELIVERY

Do you offer next working day delivery?

Yes, we offer next working day delivery when placed before 1pm. Next day orders placed on a Sunday will be dispatched Monday.

Do you have free delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over £50.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery takes 3/5 working days and we also offer next working delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by Hermes or Royal Mail.

What if I won't be in when my order is due to be delivered?

If you aren't in when delivery is attempted, Hermes or Royal Mail will leave a card to let you know where your parcel is. It may be left with a neighbour or taken to your local sorting office where you can pick up your order or choose for it to be redelivered.

Why is the cut off point 1pm for Next Day Delivery?

To allow us time to pack and ship your orders.

When will this item be restocked?

Please select the notify me button when back in stock option on our website and you will be emailed as soon as the style comes back into stock.

We also recommend following us on our social media accounts for up-to-date restock alerts.

What discounts do you offer?

If you sign up to our mailing list you will receive a 10% discount on your first order with us, only one use per customer. On Wednesdays have the right to refuse any sale for any reason and any time.

We offer Student Discount with a valid Student Beans account.

Why haven't I received my sign-up email with my 10% off code?

Please check your junk mail as sometimes new subscription emails can appear there.

Why isn't my discount code working?

Please ensure you are entering the discount code correctly. Also, please ensure that it is valid and that you have reached the minimum requirements.

Why can't I use Free Shipping when I am using a discount code

Unfortunately, as free shipping is as a discount, so this cannot be used in conjunction with a discount code.

Unfortunately, we are online only. 

Why haven't I received a reply to a message I have sent?

Please note we are only open Monday toFriday, 8am to 4pm. Any messages sent after 4pm or over the weekend will be answered the next working day.

Why can't I place an order?

If you are having trouble using our website, please try to refresh the page or exit and reload the website. You may also want to try visiting our desktop site or mobile site.

If you are having issues with payment, please ensure that you are entering your correct details and that your billing address matches the payment details. If you have further trouble, please contact us so we can assist you further.

When are you open?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm. We are closed weekends and all UK public bank holidays.
